I am someone who rarely provides reviews etc but this time, I’m making an exception. I have dealt with quite a few hi fi dealers/ their managers, over the last 40 plus years, who, it has to be said, were good and who, I got to know quite well. I have only been dealing with Jack for the last 3 months or so, in regard to various equipment upgrading but in my opinion, Jack surpasses them all in every respect. He is a pleasure to deal with and if called upon, will “go the extra mile” in trying to achieve a customer’s requirements.
