After finding the Zen Innuos on a Saturday afternoon on line at a very good price one phone call to Jack sorted out the deal, and it was delivered on the Tuesday following. It has performed as expected and no doubt if further assistance had been necessary I expect the Audiobarn would have been forthcoming, it hasn't needed any intervention and I would happily purchase equipment from them again.
