Five gold stars for customer satisfaction of the highest quality. The guys, Andy and Jack really know their stuff too and go that extra distance to deliver on all levels. I’ve made two separate purchases in the last month, one digital, one analogue with Andy providing valuable impartial advice, fitting a new mc cartridge onto my 40+ year old turntable/arm combo. It now sounds better than ever.
