Fabulous, bespoke service, with careful attention to my needs, not the sale: yet again I've been hugely impressed with Jack and the guys as I went about deciding on new speakers. From a very attentive matching of my system and my sound sense in auditioning to the smooth purchasing experience and installing the brilliant ATC50s. These guys are as good as it gets and offer the type of customer experience I would expect from a Saville Row tailor (without the snobbery). I have bought small and high-cost items from Jack, and it's the same every time. Total class.
