After my Naim dealer retired I tried a couple of other places but didn't like their approach. Then I was lucky enough to find Audiobarn. Despite me being a long way from their highest-spending customer and taking an age to make a decision (many months) Ben and Jack remained efffortlessly patient, made sure they knew exactly what I wanted and that I was aware of all the options. Great experience from start to finish. Highly recommend. Bill
