This is a slightly unusual review in that I've not yet visited the dealership, nor yet met Jack and the team face to face, but have only dealt with them remotely, sometimes by telephone, and sometimes via email. That said, the service and support offered has been first class. I recently purchased a Naim NAC 332 pre-amplifier. My initial contact was to enquire about a traded in model advertised on the Audiobarn website. Unfortunately, this had already been sold, but Jack offered me his ex-demonstration model at an attractive price and a deal was struck. Follow up communcation regarding shipping was very good and the amplifier arrived in perfect condition within the stated delivery slot. I had a query whilst setting up the 332 into my home system regarding the mapping of the inputs and my issue was resolved promptly with one telephone call. The (remote!) service has been excellent, and I would certainly recommend Audiobarn as a friendly and professional hi-fi dealer.
