Jack was absolutely brilliant having initially visited the Audio barn to get a repair on my 32 year old turntable. He attempted to get it fixed free of charge but unfortunately could not revive it. I was happy to get an updated version and was very impressed. Jack also gave me advise on replacing my amplifier even though I did not buy it from him. He knows his stuff and gives up a lot of his time to help you out - far superior customer service than any other hi-fi shops I have been to. Audio barn will be my 1st stop should I look for any other new audio equipment in the future.
