Having already left a google review I wasn't going to do another. However, I feel that it is absolutely right to do so in light of recent events. I bought a Rega P3 from Jack which he spent plenty of time helping me with and I was more than happy. However after 6 weeks it developed a fault that made it unplayable. I got in touch with Jack, who emailed me back even though he was on holiday and we agreed to sort it on his return. The replacement was ordered after a call to Rega by Jack and swapped over without any fuss or drama. This is why the Audiobarn gets another five star recommendation as it's not always at the point of sale a company deserves to be well thought of but when problems occur through no fault of their own. Jack is a professional and very likeable and is always ready to help. To this end he deserves to do well. Shop here you won't go wrong!
