Sent an email enquiry and the shop rang me the same day to discuss my requirements. By the weekend i was in the store having the Planar 3 demod and they even gave me a demo on how to set up the tone arm balance, stylus etc. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Will be back for some more upgrades!
