After a call to Jack at the Audiobarn about an item, I called a week later in order to make a purchase from the pre loved stock. I ended up discussing a a number of topics with Jack - His depth of knowledge and the quality of his advice was excellent. I emailed a couple of times afterwards for further advice which was both prompt and excellent 10/10
