Excellent service from Jack! He gave me some great advice on selecting the right headphone amplifier for my needs, as well as giving me with the option to do a home demonstration. Once I'd decided to go for it (and not feeling rushed into a decision at all), the process to swap out the demo amp with a brand new amp was simple and all done within a couple of days. The amp is superb and I'm really happy with it, and I have no doubt that Jack would offer me great advice and service in the future. I wrote to Felik's Audio to compliment them on the amp as well as praise the service I recieved and they wrote "We're always delighted to hear about good customer experience and i'm not surprised as Jack is a fantastic guy to deal with".
