Writing the book made me really clear on who I work for, how I help them, and what my coaching offer is. Actually, pulling my work into a succinct package (and outline for a book) gave my coaching an upgrade. I love what's happening with my clients now as a result. It was a transformative process- I'm better for it and my coaching is too.
