Dr. Angela, you presented this very beautiful and you were very easy to follow. I still had to go back over it very slowly to make sure I understood. I don't think it's necessarily uncouth for the Publisher to be paid for publishing, however the cut (%) I'm not sure about so I have no comment otherwise. After writing my thoughts, the rating could stand a GOOD!
