I was only there for the webinar. However what I saw was strength, a willingness to be yourself, the swearing showed that. I liked that about you. You wish to help others but only wanting to succeed and surround yourself with the best was inspiring. You were very open as well, yourself however accepting of others as well it seems, to a degree. Now wrap that up into the webinar performed I would say I wouldn't change a thing. I enjoyed your honesty and who you gave off in the webinar. The things you spoke of were great bits of insight for someone even if they are not accepted, so people watching will get something from it. Plus it was free which makes people such as myself with not a lot of money want to join. Even you sending out this review form allows people to feel included which causes those who don't speak up more willing to speak up. And one last fact is the engagement. You asked people to type in the chat box every now and then, which shows great leadership and willingness to allow others a chance in the spotlight.
