I think for the right author this can be a great fast-track process. Unfortunately, while I am writing a book on business planning to combat the statistic of 50% of new businesses failing in their first year, a big component of the book is an Excel workbook to generate pro-forma financial analyses and simulations within the business plan, associated marketing plans, and a project plan that most entrepreneurs overlook that is critical to their business launch. There is no way to complete that in 9 weeks (I am also an INTJ, so it has to be perfect before it goes anywhere near an aspiring entrepreneur).
