It was very clear, detailed and informative about how it works and what you can get out of it. I though it was also very compelling with the success stories and challenging the listener to really dig deeper into the reasoning of why you would or wouldn't want to participate.
I really enjoyed it and I think it is something that everyone should hear even if they don't want to pursue a book. Dr. Angela was very straight forward and presented some excellent things to think about as to your why or why not.
