Great leaders are writers, we have a divine purpose, I can write my story and experience that other will benefit others for the common good. Everything we do matters and everything that happen matters so how we treat all kinds of people, our thinking and action have an everlasting impact - we can influence people that can add value to people and promote change, right thinking that can lead to right behavior and action. I like the idea of “ Market Validation” announce the book is coming before completion. I have many ideas and plans and I’m very thankful that “The Author Incubator” is there to guide and teach me and perhaps dig deaper into my inner being - mind, heart and spirit because I have more story to tell what ticks me off, what I hate and makes me angry, what I love to do, who am I, why I’m here and where I’m going. In my line of business as compliance officer, inspector, teacher, trainer, author of policies and procedures manual, validator of new medical device and certifying new and old employees, everything I say, think and do has both legal and medical implication.
