Presentation was organized, comprehensive, offered what, why, and how in easy to follow format. Presenter was professional, warm, and easy to relate to. Wove laughter, and poignancy in her story and made maybe all of us, be able to see ourselves in her story.
At the end of the webinar, there was a strong element of trust that she could help us in our yet undeveloped passion to write, and that was so important to me.
