The authenticity of the presenter. She was able to really speak to the diverse side of me (the data driven side - the rider and the emotive side - the elephant). She provided an in-depth process that gave the listener a clear plan of action and how to create a vision for goals. I was able to respond to her suggestions and questions on my own paper as she spoke to the audience.
