In watching you speak it wasn't the words so much as the open way you expressed them. The want to make a difference and the bluntness of how to get it done. Actually kind of refreshing because it wasn't sugar coated like with most sales pitches. I believe inorder for anyone to be successful it definitely takes the right fit. So, its awesome that you look for a particular fit.
