The willingness to share "REAL" insight for folks - whether they choose (or are selected) to work with AI or not. There was no skimping on information, in an effort to hold onto it and reserve it "only" for those in the cohort. Angela shared the "secret sauce" up front! Knowing that the real magic is in the consistency and accountability to maintain momentum AFTER the sexiness of the original "Yes" wears off.
