Very accessible - dug into the how you came to this and your background. Outlining steps made sense to marketing.
(As a coach, actor and having studied with Jack in 1979 - you have lots of great stuff. But I also work/live in NYC and have pretty high level clients - maybe nix the essences and gemstones - takes some of the cutting edge steam out of your presentation. )
