This review is about the experience I had with the Webinarjam platform. It logged in just fine. However, the webinar stream would freeze every 3 minutes or so and then take about 7 minutes to start up again. So, obviously I wasn’t able to get any value or even hear your message.
I would report this to your service provider. Try GoToWebinar next time, it works much better.
