This webinar was honest and refreshing. It was exciting to engage and feel seen and heard. Although it felt like a ‘strong sell’ with lots of exemplary opportunity to notice and take time to acknowledge the accomplishments of past ‘graduates’, the content was really well rolled into the delivery so it felt like the building tension of a good drama. Maybe those who left needed more structure or concrete landmarks throughout. I also feel that was intentionally utilized to slim the herd, perhaps. Very informative. Very thoughtful engaging experiential feedback offered. I was grateful for the content. I am going to apply! Thank you for the slides.
