I watched the training today and it was amazing to know TAI understands my passion to share my story and how I overcame incredible odds. My story is in a link on my IG lisarippfaith.fitness and I overcame using fitness & nutrition to heal two decades of untreated PTSD. I have hope I can do this too now.
