Very helpful customer service. Called me in regards to the back-ordered chairs and allowed me to make a conscious decision about waiting for the order vs ordering a different product. I needed chairs pretty quickly for a new house and appreciated the research on what was in stock and immediately available. My new chairs are being delivered in the next 2 days!
