SCAM operation. Ghosted me. Heather had confirmed they had a sideboard (Warren) in stock on July 8 and it would ship ASAP. I paid her invoice. As of Aug 18, no sideboard, no word on delivery, and after my 6 email messages and 3 voice mail messages - NADA. Completely ghosted me.
Disappointing, as I wanted to support a woman-owned business.
Seems like a scam. BEWARE.
