Black bow answered me immediately via email when I told them I had not yet received my package. Theresa sent me all the shipping info plus the tracking number which I took to the post office. Without that number, I wouldn't have been able to pick up my package and my husband would gave been without a Christmas gift. Thank you for such great customer service! I will order from you before any other company with comparable merchandise. Smart business move to hire customer oriented employees like Theresa!
