I have bought four pairs of earrings from you, one a replacement pair. I find that masks loosen earrings, and I’ve lost a few. The quality of your jewelry is excellent, and I’m pleased that so many of your silver earrings are rhodium plated, as I have allergy problems. I also want to say that when I bought a replacement pair, your on-line chatter was unbelievably helpful in giving me exact dimensions and pictures from my previous purchase record, so I could make the replacement purchase in, literally, only minutes. Bravo!
