I was having a hard time finding a 14 inch gold chain - but stumbled upon Black Bow and am very grateful - I found exactly what I needed at a very reasonable price. My order was processed and received very quickly and I am perfectly pleased with my chain! I didn’t need to communicate with customer service for any reason, but have a hunch they would be very easy to deal with if anything was wrong.
