Ordered a jeweled Baltimore Ravens watch as a gift for a dear friend and nothing about this experience disappointed! Shipping was concise and clear - easy to track and good updates. My husband was afraid it would be “too costume jewelry”, but it was subtle and beautiful. When my friend opened her gift she was almost in tears. My only suggestion would be maybe to include size adjustment instructions. Would still recommend!
