I had an issue with shipping with UPS and I reached out to the black bow jewelry company’s customer service and the the representative I spoke with was so kind and on top of helping me find a solution. She even emailed me the next day to make sure everything was resolved and if there was anything else she could assist with, very kind people and great customer service. I was able to get my necklace and it was beautiful, highly recommend this company!!
