I'm very pleased with the service from Black Bow Jewelry. I was doing last-minute Christmas shopping and wanted a specific item they had in stock. Other stores had the item, but Black Bow was the only store that could get it to me in time. Express shipping cost was sort of expensive for such a small item, but at least they offered it for last-minute shoppers like myself. The box and bow were a nice surprise. I don't buy jewelry very often, but if I do in the future, this will be my go-to online store.
