I usually am quite pleased with my purchases from your company. But I’m sorry to say that my last purchase of a custom made necklace was not what I expected. It was smaller than it was presented online. And the stones don’t stand out very well. The chain is very thin and fragile. I’m afraid I don’t think it was worth the price.
However, that being said, your customer service is great and I’ll probably purchase again when something catches my eye!
