There was a problem with my original order. A necklace was shipped instead of the charm that I had ordered. After calling customer service, a new charm was shipped to me and I had to return the necklace. A packaging label was emailed to me so I attached that to the box when the charm arrived, swapped out the items, and put the box in the mailbox to return. The pieces look great but the mix-up was a bit of a hassle.
