Don’t buy online!!!
I bought 3 items online on 15th December. They were delivered on 21st December at 22.15.
The items are presents for Xmas. I opened box on 23rd December to wrap them only to discover the that only 2 items were delivered. Th main item was not delivered and the paperwork inside the box stated this.
Why, why, why did Bodyshop not notify me in advance by email to inform me that one item was not available and not just leave it until I opened the box?
