Ordered an item online which was intended as a Christmas gift, but it never arrived.
I emailed the Body Shop's customer service, explaining the situation and received an automated email, promising that I would hear back from them within 72 hours. 1 week later and there was no reply. I messaged them again, same automated response, but no reply still a further 2 weeks on!
The live chat on their website is awful too. The staff member was unable to help, despite saying that I should be entitled to the item, they just kept telling me to send an email
Terrible customer service.
