ABSOLUTELY the WORST website EVER.
customer service is equally as bad. Try to 'login' is like trying to get into heaven.....a NIGHTMARE.
The freebies have not been available for ever.
I buy (bought) often on the outlet page, bc I pass out at homeless shelters for women.
Once again the webpage is 'down' again.
Ill have to look at bath and body and do my own bags, or molton brown.
I've been a body shop customer since 1998....but time to move on.
