I shopped with the body shop when it first opened but just bought hand cream in a tube amongst other things in a parcel that wasn’t bashed at all but the tube was mangled , so if I squeezed it the tube would break and the cream dry out. I was told they expect this to happen as they are using new sustainable packaging and would not replace as the same thing would happen and that the cream would be fine.
No refund , a reply that makes no sense ,I wont be back now , I am for sustainability but it has to work, it looked like it had been jumped on
