Very disappointing – no delivery, no response
I placed an order on June 23. To this day, I have received nothing. I’ve tried to contact customer service multiple times, but got no reply at all. The website promises delivery within 3–4 working days, but it’s now been nearly a month. No delivery, no communication, no resolution. I just want my shampoo.
