Awesome customer service! I placed my order and got a call straight away to apologise that it wouldn't be delivered today but it would be first thing tomorrow morning. Next morning it was delivered and The Bristol Shop even gave me a demo of how the mini rig speaker works. As for the product, also brilliant! Haven't stopped using it to play music whilst I work, worth every penny.
