“After a failure by Royal Mail to deliver the parcel, I was in contact with The Bristol Shop via email to get another sent. After some initial helpful communication, I then suddenly found my emails being ignored and I was left with no choice but to reach out to the artist personally to have the artwork delivered. Very poor customer service unfortunately.”

“I bought a card of Clifton Bridge by Donna Bradley which was gorgeous and really pleased the recipient. Donna had written a little message on the delivery note which I thought was lovely and I’d certainly buy more items by Donna.”

“I'm overseas and ordered a print via The Bristol Shop as a gift for my parents who live in Bristol. “I really like the unique gift ideas that The Bristol Shop offer. I purchased a thermal flask & 2 enamel mugs for Christmas present 🎁 as the recipient is a keen camper & outdoor concert goer and know they will love them. We are all very proud Bristolians and love our city, so The Bristol Shop is fantastic.”
