I have never experienced such exceptional customer service. I love the product and it was great value. It was also dispatched really quickly. Unfortunately, despite the careful packaging and do not bend sticker, a tight Royal Mail elastic band caused creases on both sides. Although in no way the fault of the Bristol shop they immediately got in touch with me and went out of their way to replace and hand deliver the item. Thank you Bristol shop. I will definitely be buying from you again!
