I hate getting catalogs when I opt out of them after ordering a product. I have attempted to cancel the frequent catalogs I get from The Company Store and continue to receive them. They do not permit you to cancel online so you have to call the customer service number - Ugh. Today I was told again that the catalog would be cancelled but that I would likely receive 3 additional catalogs. Ugh. I won't purchase anything from this company again due to the frustration.
