“I hate getting catalogs when I opt out of them after ordering a product. I have attempted to cancel the frequent catalogs I get from The Company Store and continue to receive them. They do not permit you to cancel online so you have to call the customer service number - Ugh. Today I was told again that the catalog would be cancelled but that I would likely receive 3 additional catalogs. Ugh. I won't purchase anything from this company again due to the frustration.”
“I purchased shower curtains on March 21 ($189) and since the color was wrong returned them on April 1. Return delivery was confirmed. It is now June 1 and still no credit received. I called The Company Store today and learned that due to system limitations refunds are NOT automatically processed but can only be done manually by calling customer service. If I had not called to inquire I would not have received my refund! This is an egregious policy and to be honest I question it's legality. Quite a way to run a business! Maybe it's because you've been purchased by Home Depot that will cut any corners it can to make a profit. I am a long time Company Store customer but will think twice about ever doing business with you again.”
