As a new customer I was a little anxious to begin with! However, even after having a technical glitch, which Emma very patiently helped me through, I was delighted with the ease of ordering, the secure packaging when it came, and the beautifully wrapped gift inside. I was soon online to order again, and will be, I'm sure, in the New Year.
