Very impressed. Order received within two days and very carefully packaged including hand written instructions as to the best way to open. This teddy is a little more than I would normally gift a friend but it is for an elderly lady who loves teddies and has had a very tough time for a couple of years. I think it will be well worth it. It also came gift wrapped, complete with a lovely red ribbon. It was a shame to open such a beautifully wrapped package, but I had to know that the quality of the gift that I will be giving as it is important to me. I'm not at all disappointed - it's exactly as described and just like the photo. I know my friend will be delighted with it and her smile will be all the thanks I will need. Very personal service from this small business and I very much intend to support them with further purchases and also recommend them to others. All in all, faultless service and quality assured. I do not know them and this is my first order but I'm so pleased with my purchase and personal service.
