I've nothing but praise for this company. Ordered for the first time from them, obviously hoping that what they portrayed on their site would meet expectations. Not only was I truly delighted with the little winter bear I received but she was exactly like the picture - if not better. A genuine thank you from me for being a small company which I can rely on after so many times being disappointed ordering from other companies. I'll definitely be ordering again as I now trust them.
