I ordered some tags for the Xmas tree as part presents for my friends. They arrived beautifully packaged in tissue paper with ribbon tied round. They're really cute! There was something I wanted that was out of stock and Emma has been in touch with me to say I will be contacted once it is back in stock. Such lovely prompt, friendly customer service.
