Happy with the product as always, box was a bit squashed. I really think posting out to customers is a very good opportunity to pop in some samples of other products that may suit. I bought environ from a leading competitor website because they used to pop in 3 or 4 samples (some of which I went on to buy full size) in the past. It made me look forward to the delivery all the more. Maybe The Derma Company could do this too.
